About Us
We are a Brazilian consultancy headquartered in Guarulhos, São Paulo, in continuous operation since July 2021. Our practice combines two complementary disciplines: business management advisory and specialized paralegal support, delivered by a team accustomed to the day-to-day realities of Brazilian small and mid-sized businesses.
We were founded to fill a specific gap we kept observing in the market: entrepreneurs who understood their product but struggled with the layers of corporate, contractual, and administrative documentation their growth required. Rather than positioning ourselves as a law firm or a generic management consultancy, we chose to sit between the two, giving each client access to structured guidance without the overhead of building an in-house department.
What We Do
Our services are grouped in two families, both delivered under fixed engagement scopes agreed in writing before any work begins.
Business Management Consultancy
We review internal processes, organizational structure, and administrative routines, then propose adjustments that fit the company's actual size and stage. This includes governance mapping, procedure documentation, workflow redesign, and follow-up sessions to track adoption of the recommendations.
Paralegal Support
We prepare, review, and organize corporate and contractual documentation, keep due-diligence files in order, and provide specialized administrative support for routine legal-adjacent tasks. All substantive legal advice is referred to duly licensed attorneys chosen by the client.
Document Preparation and Filing
We handle the preparation of internal documents, standardized forms, meeting minutes, and administrative filings, working from templates approved by the client and adapting them to each specific situation. Turnaround is agreed upfront for each batch of documents.
Administrative Advisory Sessions
Recurring advisory calls with the client's management team to review pending items, plan the next quarter, and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks. Sessions are scheduled by agreement and summarized in writing afterward.
Our Approach
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation. We only proceed after both sides agree on what will be delivered, in what format, and within what timeframe. Fees are quoted before any work begins, on a fixed-scope basis, and invoices are issued by our company directly.
We do not resell third-party services, we do not operate on commission, and we do not act as intermediaries for suppliers. What the client contracts is what our own team delivers. When a matter falls outside our scope, most commonly when it requires substantive legal advice, we say so and refer the client to a duly licensed professional of their choosing.
Client information is handled under written confidentiality terms. Documents remain the client's property and are returned or destroyed at the end of each engagement, according to the client's preference.
Who We Serve
Our typical clients are Brazilian small and mid-sized businesses: family-owned operations, first-generation founders scaling their teams, and professional service firms that need administrative structure without hiring a full internal department. We work across a range of sectors, including retail, professional services, light industry, and technology.
Engagements can be one-off (a specific documentation project, a targeted process review) or continuous (monthly advisory with defined deliverables). We do not take on personal consumer matters, criminal cases, or any work that requires representation before courts.
